Multi-family: Bidding,
budgeting, on and off-site supervision of property-wide interior and exterior rehabs
- including roof repairs and replacements, asphalt repairs, siding, structural
repairs, mold remediation, drywall, kitchen and bath replacements, painting and
irrigation. Clients include Equity Residential, Aimco, Lincoln Properties, PMI and

and C-store construction: contract and field management, execution of

2002: Freelance/Outsource Consulting Project Manager and Superintendent – Projects undertaken for several different
GCs. Projects include multi-family interior and exterior renovations, stand-alone
restaurant and retail construction in malls and strip centers. Clients include Advanced
Auto, Alamo, Blockbuster Video, Boston Market, Carolee, Catherine’s, Coast
Dental, Donato’s Pizza, Fashion Bug, Furla, Lens Crafters, Long John Silver’s,

intermittent fill-in work while I pursued my MBA.

Corporation,
Oversight of construction and
renovation services for a 70+ location convenience store chain. I managed
ground up C-store projects, reviewed and incorporated design changes into
architectural plans which cut building costs and minimized change orders and
field errors. Amerada Hess purchased Pick Kwik Corp. eliminating
positions.

IPO, most of the construction and design department was eliminated, favoring
tenured employees.
1986 - 1989: Division
Engineering Manager - Circle K
Corporation,
Convenience store construction and
maintenance management. I simultaneously coordinated large numbers of ground-up
convenience store projects, remodels, and acquisition rebranding remodels across
several states encompassing over 450 stores and in excess of 10 million dollars
annually. I was rewarded for having the lowest overall construction costs in the
company. Circle K registered for Chapter 11 protection and subsequently laid off
73 of the 92 employees in the engineering department.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
I work in the Windows 7: Word, Excel,
Outlook, some Access, Powerpoint, MS Project; some experience with Autocad LT.
Very experienced with Adobe Lightroom and Photo Shop. Strong experience with Excel
spreadsheets using statistical
and financial modeling including various pro-formas, cash budgeting, break-even-IRR-NPV
analysis, financial statement forecasting, sensitivity analysis, multiple
regression, trending analysis and Monte Carlo simulations.
